3/2004-present  Program Developer,  Recovery Peer Support and Development, Inc. (see www.RPSDI.org). Rockland,  Maine.
Conceived and
developed Rockland Recovery peer support learning center. Created state-wide agency collaboration, wrote grant, recruited and supported local steering committee, and trained peer support workers.

2001-2003  Peer Educator and Support Technician, Substance Abuse Department, Bolduc Correctional Facility, Warren, Maine.
Developed and taught educational groups on the process of addiction, the process of recovery, and the process of relapse.
